Conv. Cacao Powder 10/12% We offer conventional cacao powder (Theobroma cacao) from Peru, produced from high-quality beans sourced mainly from Criollo and Trinitario varieties, known for their rich aroma and balanced flavor profile. Cacao powder is obtained from the cocoa press cake after most of the cacao butter has been removed. The remaining cake is then milled and finely ground through specialized grinding lines to achieve the desired particle size and consistent fineness. Cadmium level: max. 2 ppm Industrial usage: Direct consumption and food manufacturing applications such as smoothies, shakes, protein drinks, beverages, bakery products, cakes, cookies, confectionery, and other food formulations.
