Coral-red goji berries, also known as wolfberries, have a fruity, tart, slightly sweet taste and a fairly firm, dry consistency. They come in packs of 280 to 350 berries per 50g. These small, intensely red power berries are a real superfood and rich in fiber. They have a long tradition of cultivation in China. They are ideal for muesli, as a topping, in mixtures, for baking, and for cooking e.g., as a special visual and flavorful addition to oriental rice dishes and curries.
