VEGACON 90 ist ein vollwertiges Soja-Eiweiß, hergestellt aus gentechnikfreien Sojabohnen (NON-GMO). Diese Bohnen werden entölt und die Kohlenhydrate extrahiert. Durch Sprühtrocknung wird das natürliche Eiweiß in hochprozentiges, pulverförmiges Pflanzeneiweiß überführt. VEGACON 90 wird für Fleisch- und Wurstwaren, Teigwaren, vegetarische Fertiggerichte und Babynahrung verwendet. Bei diätetischen Lebensmitteln und Diät-Shakes wird es zur Proteinanreicherung herangezogen.
